With over 25 years of experience in international and local development, Gertrude is a seasoned leader known for driving innovative, evidence driven programs that strengthen community based systems. She has expertise in poverty reduction, girls’ education, early childhood development, environmental management, and gender equity, and excels in designing and managing large scale initiatives. Gertrude holds a Master’s Degree in Law from the University of Zimbabwe and combines her strong foundation in legal and policy analysis with hands on program leadership to advance sustainable development, social justice, and community empowerment.
