Victor's role is crucial in supporting our farm project, promoting sustainable agricultural practices for the benefit of food security and the sustainability of the nutrition and feeding program. Victor offers guidance and support to farm workers, organize workshops to educate local farmers and workers on effective practices, monitor crop growth and quality, soil health, and crop rotation, as well as manage administrative duties.
