Support in tough times…
“I depend on piecework to feed my family but sometimes I go days without finding any work. More often than not my family would sleep on an empty stomach. It is the worst feeling in the world as a mother watching your children suffer.” said Judith.
“However with Sparkle’s support, we have now received bedding, food, clothes and groceries which will make the next few months bearable, while we wait for the rains to pass and work to resume.”

The Sparkle Foundation is proud to celebrate a major milestone: the graduation of Cohort One from the Job Readiness Programme, delivered in partnership with NAMA Women Advancement and with the support of HeR Liberty Malawi. Over six weeks, participants worked through a full curriculum designed to build practical, real-world skills in digital literacy, business management and financial planning. The Sparkle Foundation designed the programme to meet women where they are, equipping them not just with theory, but with tools they can put to use immediately in their own lives and livelihoods.
